Refund Policy

This refund policy explains how Skillpath Labs handles refund requests for independent training packages and Remote Desktop Manager workshop resources.

This site is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Devolutions. Remote Desktop Manager is referenced only to describe compatible workflows.

Eligible requests

Contact support@devolutions-enterprise.help if a purchased package is not delivered, a duplicate order occurs, or the delivered material clearly does not match the published package description.

Training outcome limits

Refunds are not based on whether every technician completes an internal training requirement. The materials are independent learning resources, not official certification or guaranteed operational results.

Timing

Send refund requests within 14 days of purchase with the package name, order context, and issue summary. We review requests against delivery records and package scope.
